The workshop has helped me to put some things into perspective. As well as given me the ability to really do some self reflection. 

I am now taking inventory of my values.

This workshop shown me how to love myself more and helping me managed my feelings. 

 I have found since the workshop that reframing my thoughts to the positive has really been helpful. Also knowing my value and having I AM statements everyday has helped me to start my day on the right foot. 

I have been in my position for so long I was afraid to try something different. I questioned if I would be good at the job. An opportunity has come and I am stepping out on faith on this new career path! Thank you :)
